We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can exchange it within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Exchanges are for a different size, colour or item of equal value; any price difference is settled at the time of exchange.
• Swimwear, socks and accessories cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
• Items bought on sale or at wholesale prices are exchanged for size only, subject to availability.

How to exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +961 3 005 013 with your order number and the item you'd like instead. You can exchange in person at our Bourj Hammoud showroom or arrange a pick-up with our delivery driver (delivery fees for the exchange may apply).

Faulty items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no extra cost.
